the second picture is the resistor/relay for your fuel pump.

Actually, the fuel pump resistor relay is located underneath the air box. What is pictured is the solenoid resistor box used for low impedance injectors.

If the plug in the 1st pic has a B/R, W/B, W/R and W/Blue wires then it is for the Auto Adjust Suspension.

If I am using a megasquirt I do not need that resistor box then correct?

Do you have low impedance injectors? If so, then you need it or wire in resistors related to the injector wiring instead.

It's a Vicinity Proximeter...you go outside the GTA and your Car blows up!
Connector is AAS.The silver thing is Resistor box.
If the car has it and has not bee modified by anyone then most likely the resistors are LO impedance. It makes the ECU see HI Impedance.
Doesn't the Megasquirt use the stock wiring anyways?.So really you should be worrying about that.Because it would see HI regardless of the injector impedance.

Sorry Satch,

check page 50-34 of the wiring diagram The white connector there with (2 blue wires, 2 blue/red wires, a black/white wire and a green/red wire) is connector F-09 it is for the fuel pump relay and resistor. the resistor box for the fuel injectors is a different connector all together. You can see a pic of the injector resistor box here (at the bottom of the page)

https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...enoid+resistor

I just rebuilt my wiring harness because of a problem with the injector resistors and also just finished rewiring my fuel pump (to delete the fuel pump relay and resistor for my Power FC)

^ Whoops!! You are correct and I was wrong or is it I was wrong and you were correct. Sorry for the misinformation. If the car is an S4 turbo then you need it but some will discard it anyway.
