what parts are these?
I will say it again. Your power steering is what is leaking in te picture, the metal loop rusted out where that support bushing is right next to the fitting. There is a clear drip there, your coolant is leaking somewhere else and burning off, or you are consuming it.

It is leaking power steering fluid, but I just re filled ny coolant and its all gone and no sign of a leak anywhere. Is there anywhere it could he leaking and not leaving a spot on the ground.?

it's just surprising to me still that people do not mention difficult starting, smoke, overheating, bubbling sounds from the overflow or hoses ballooned up like those clown animal balloons.. maybe not the case here but i've seen it before, like it's natural. coat hangers holding fan clutches locked, 16psi+psi caps, redundant overflow systems, fuel pump switches, etc, etc, etc as bandaids to the real problem.
i'd start by finding your coolant leak first and screw all the other problems. rent a pressure tester and figure out exactly where the coolant IS going.

I had an 86 GXL that unknow to me at the time had a coolant seal failure. Kept overheating, so I replaced the thermostat. In the process of doing that, I snapped both of the bolts that held it on. So whats a college student with only a few tools stashed in the dorm to do??
Go to a mechanic to have them drilled and tapped? Nope.
Stop by the local walmart and pick up a couple C-clamps... held for 1000 miles until I got my new engine!
then it's probably only leaking when warm, like water on pavement on a hot day. not easy to trace unless you can pressurize the system when it is cold to keep the water from vaporizing before you can even trace it to the source.
