Is your car turbocharged? Does it have A/C? What year is your RX-7?

I'm gonna speculate... the first sounds like the BAC... WHICH I AM WAITING FOR A FREQUENCY ON!

The second sounds like it might not be coolant... but refrigerant w/tint... being that its where he says it is.

The "metal tubes in front of the oil cooler" would be the power steering "cooler", would it not?

yeah... I wasn't really thinking about the height, I guess. I haven't had either of those in forever... so that was by memory. I did think he knew the difference between hydraulic fluid and coolant, though

Lol, is your power steering low? That would be the cooling line for the system.

What an interesting situation.
You have the confluence of systems- AC, PS oil and coolant- all of which appear to have leaked at one time or another.
All dusted with a fine patina of overspray.

Right now the prime oozer does look like refrigerant.

I suggest cleaning that entire area off first then let the car run and see exactly where the 'leaks' are coming from. That line up there is powersteering, however it seems you still have the ac components intact, so thats also a possible leak (though if it is im sure the systems holding no pressure). But if you are leaking coolant, then the ONLY thing in that area is the radiator, which since it has plastic endtanks and they 'could' be cracked.

The radiator isn't leaking so I'm gonna have to go with power steering since I did just fill it and since I filled it it began to leak. I will clean the whole area though and see what it is exactly.

If it turns out to be a leak in the cooling loop line, be warned: Mazda used 2 types of loops on the FC, one style is a solid loop, just a simple in and out from the rack. The other style is what you currently have, the line loops, but for some reason mazda decided there needed to be a high pressure hose and two flared fittings added to the system.

Lose the A/C.

I think cleaning the area and going for a drive is a great idea. That way you can see exactly what the fluid looks and smells like.

Hit it with some simple green and a garden hose

You say your radiator doesn't leak, but you are losing coolant.

Get that area clean and dry, then run it for a while. Your leak will show itself.
