Like i said there is a fd in a junk yard by my house it dosn't have any interiors but has the rear differential,axels, brakes front brakes and front axels i was wondering if i can use some of those parts in my car i Have 87 base model 4 lugs and I'm planing to make it 5 lugs and get a lsd

Mazda differentiated between their suspensions with the term HARD, Hard tells you 4 piston calipers, vented rotors etc. Basically a S4 GXL, S4 Sport, S5 GTUs, and all TII's

Well here are some things that could be useful, swappable, etc.

- FD Torsen diff. It is swappable into the 8 inch TII rear ends.
- Seats, if interior was there.
- Fuel pump
- FD and FC 4 piston calipers are interchangable
- FD wheels (with spacers)
- Upper Intake Manifold, Throttle Body onto FC Turbo engines (not a direct bolt-on)
- FD alternator is more powerful than FC. Is a somewhat common upgrade, especially on S4 cars


Sorry, I know a lot of this stuff probably doesn't apply to you. Just saw the thread and wanted to get the info (that I could think of at least) out there.
