what part of the harness is?

91 N/A vert. I was swapping out egis and noticed this part of the harness just chillen there. Any idea what it is and what it controls?

Looks a lot like the Heater Relay and the Ex Hi relays. See manual for wire colors to prove it.

blower motor plug is the two wire plug, then you have the blower relay(square) and exhi relay(round)

Okay. Should I be worried that they are not really connected to anything and just hanging there?

Nope. I don't have the A/C any more since I ripped that out. And never used the heater.

The HEATER relay and the EX-HI relays are used only for the blower motor, so if you have no blower motor you don't need those items. They are a part of the FRONT harness. Unless you change your mind at a later date and want heat with blowing air.
