What now? S4 Infini
Hi guys, my car got stolen. But new car is abit sexy. 1988 S4 Infini. Now i'm abit unsure of where to go with it next. It already has:
Rebuilt engine, 30k on it, with doweled, large extend port, pts seals. (PTS is pretty good from what i've heard and the guys who rebuilt it are top notch).
microtech ltx8 bosch coils
walbro 550hp fuel pump
highflo turbo t4 internals v trim
full 3" exhaust jasma muflers
exedy 5 pak brass button clutch
tein camber height and damper adjustable suspension
3 peice 17" rays enginering wheels
runs 11psi currently
It's running the stand TMIC but comes with one of the ARC replacement ones & 1000cc injectors.
My plan at the moment is to get the new injectors in, sell the TMICs and get a FMIC, and also an external wastegate, then get a retune. Question is, is this the way to go? And what size wastegate should i get if i'm going to run 12-18psi(car is only out on weekends and ill crank it up every now and then, but 12 will be the standard)?

aftermarket turbo? 18psi isn't happenin on the stock one... --from what i understand it stops making power past 12psi, and tends to blow bearings/seals at around 15psi.
