I have a question... I have a corksport 3 1/4" radiator which has the temp sensor on the bottom of the radiator. So its taking the temp after it cools through the radiator. Freeway driving, my temp ranges from 90-97 degrees Celsius. Is this bad? How much should I account for the radiator cooling??

if you have a FMIC then that is the reason for the higher temps. If not then yes you have a problem. 97c is 206.6 degrees. Do you have the under belly pan on? I had mine off for a few minutes looking for a oil leak and I noticed the cars temps skyrocketed while just idling.

Yes I do have a FMIC and I know this temp is already dangerous but my question is how can I compare my temp at the bottom of the radiator with the temp at the top? Iceblue's reply show's "sensor located under thermostat" and "all temps taken at water pump outlet" which are both temps before the radiator, but I can only tell what the temps are after the radiator because my temp sensor is on the bottom of the radiator. So should I be adding like 10 degrees to my numbers to compare with Iceblue's numbers?

The Mazda Competition numbers are very close to your numbers that you should recive trufc. I would take Mazda Competition's numbers and add or minus 5F for your acuret temps. Basicly you are runing hot and you need to take attention to your cooling system. Best of luck and let me know if I can be of any more help.
