How about this T2?
I'm still looking for an RX7, I found this one it seems pretty good.
87 Turbo 2
101,00 Miles
Good:
New exhaust, tires, clutch, battery.
No rust!
Suspension feels tight
Restarted right away after sitting for like 2 min.
Bad:
Power sunroof makes noise but doesn't move.
Bezel for stereo and A/C vents was busted when someone stole the stereo
Stereo is missing because it was stolen
Car alarm doesn't work and has been disabled
Imperfect body. A few hail dents in the hood, scratches here and there. No rust
Idiot light for the doors and hatch are going off intermitently
The oxygen sensor wire is cut.
Seats are a little worn.
It idles at 1,200 and it's not very steady. It hunts a little bit. You have to crank it for about 2-3 seconds before it starts.
Is $3,000 worth it?

When you try opening the sunroof, try pushing up on the back of it as you press the button. That is what I have to do on mine. Good luck fixing the idle. These things are a bitch sometimes. Does the car have any power to it? If you can, you should do a compresson test. Any thing above 85 is good. Listen for 3 solid wooshes in each rotor. If the engine is strong then I say go for it. Good luck.

Just as a reference, I bought an 87 T2 with a single dent in the quarter panel, 17 inch rims, streetported engine, rebuilt turbo, new tires, intrax springs and tokico struts, a cone type intake, and an rb turbo back exhaust for 2850. Has 103000 miles and idles a bit rough.

much better this time around but like they said, you got to pay more like 2,500 if that, my sunroof would get stuck to, I regreased it and it works just fine and moves faster, this is a much better find than your last one though
