What are the nipples for?

What are the nipples for?
Just did the throtle body mod this weekend and was wondering what the nipple on the bottom of the throtle body is for and what i should do with it? and what is the nipple on the back of the block just below the throtle body for and what should i do with it. right now i have the two unknown nipples connected together with a piece of leftover hose.

there should be 3 or 4 of them with one being a bit larger, one of the hoses has a green and white check valve on it that went to the cruise control dashpot... just put a closed end hose on it, The only one left on the TB and secure it, the other 3 should only fit on way due to the length and size of the hoses...

i removed the dashpot and all of those other lines. the only places i have to hook up vacume lines are the two i mentioned. i'm guessing i should just block off both of them.
