Geez guys, its called the inner shift boot. Secondly check the bushings at the base of the shifter (yes that means take the screws out) There should be 2 bushings, one on the shifter, one in the gearbox and a spring below the one in the gearbox. other than that, its just the shifter itself , outer shift boot and a shift ****.
