There's a coolant line underneath that you can't see, it's a little tricky to get to. Also I'm sure you took this off too, but you did say "nuts", anyway, this bolt needs to be removed too

The UIM is held to the LIM with four nuts and one bolt. The TB is held to the engine hooh bracket with one nut. All of these must be removed.

You might to also check the one stud that comes out from the throttle body cap.
Sometimes there's a nut on it - not supposed to be.
If you got the 4 nuts and the one long bolt out from the opposite side, it's just stuck cause of the gasket.
Get a rubber mallet or a big piece of wood and whack it a couple times to loosen it.

it may just be stuck on the gasget but i am also trying to take off the throttle body and intercooler elbow(stock top mount) at the same time, really all i have to do is move it out of the way to get to the fuel rails so i can fix my fuel problem (FPR).

thanks for the help so far.

If it's the original gasket, then it's gonna be stuck good. You might also want to change the gasket also. Removing it is a PITA.
