What to look for when buying used rotors?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1859288023

I was thinking about buying these because I want to turbocharge the n/a I will be putting into my 510, I wont be doing the the rebuild until sometime next year but this looks like a screaming deal for low compression rotors. What do you think? Do rotors have milled surfaces that could not be withing spec? or be milled to far? what should I check before buying these? thanks

how much do counterwieghts usually go for? I was just wondering if there was any machining done on the rotor that might cause problems for example if I was to buy used heads for a piston engine but they have been milled to many times it would cause a problem same with rotors?

You're not supposed to mill rotors... maybe he did, and that's why he's selling them
