This might sound kinda stupid, but I'm not sure what type of brakes my car has. It was originally a base model '87, but the previous owner replaced lots of stuff on it, including the brakes. I know that he did the 5-lug conversion and put turbo brakes and wheels on it. Did all turbos have 4 pistons up front, or was it just the s5's? And were all of the rear brakes 1 pistons?

Yes all turbos had 4 piston up front even s4's.
So did the GXL's and GTUs, s4's and s5's.
Rear brakes are 2 piston.

Okay, thanks for the input. Is there a way to tell whether the rears are 1 or 2 piston?
