What kind of turbo for my S4?

Ok, I wanted the bnr stage 1 turbo get bump me out of that stock level... however they are 700 dollars! is there any alternative? Any other slightly larger turbo with a biugger wastegate(and no not the s5 turbo please) that will give me more power at lower boost levels. Ebay ones? somebody got a used one that will fit? Im looking for something that will direct bolt up to my oil lines.. i can fab some stuff up for coolant.

Im gonna quote myself....

"if you wanna get into racing (or even just fast street cars for that matter) take a $100 bill and FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET - if that doesn't bother you then lets go racing!!"

edit: If you are looking to upgrade from stock levels you are going to need more than just another turbo...since ESSENTIALLY anything that will bolt to the stock manifold - technically is stock...it might have a clipped exhaust turbine - ooo im shakin in my booties - but its still stock..... therefore if your gonna spend....spend big - 700 for antother stock turbo that'llnet you another 2-3psi........or 1100 for a 400 hp capable turbo...... plus manifold, injectors, fuel and everything else of course - but you see where Im going with this - SPENDING 700 DOLLARS ON A TURBO THAT IS REALLY THE SAME AS WHAT YOU HAVE NOW IS A WASTE OF MONEY...

but - to each his own....

well, I already have the following, im just afraid with the stock turbo I wont be able to get the power to the wheels I want.

Turbo back 3 inch exhaust
3 inch TID
Stage 3 6 puck clutch
steel braided oil and clutch lines
walboro 255 pump
550/720 injectors set up with rtek 1.7
SEFC II
removed emissions, power steering and a/c
e-fan
and of course a short throw shifter...

I just wanted a turbo that would get me more poower at about 12psi
I have the fuelk , the knowledge and other mods I need. I just want a little bigger turbo, with a ported internal wastegate. I e, the bnr stage 1.

WTF are you talking about???? Getting a hybrid to net you 2-3 more psi?? If anybody just wanted to net 2-3 more psi theyd just get a boost controller... People who go to BNR for their hybrids are paying $700+ I paid $500 for mine from a normal turbo rebuilder and it's a pretty big improvement over stock.

Let's see you build a reliable full turbo setup for $1100. Were you including the manifold/fuel/oil lines/EMS and tuning into that equation too?? All that stuff will easily go over $2000 properly setup even getting everything used and for a super good deal.

So you've had a stock turbo setup and a hybrid right? Oh wait your an NA guy!

I guess I wasted $500 for another stock turbo
