What is an Ideal compression reading?

Anyone?

Another question, after unflooding and my car sit for a day, why doesn't it start again?

Good question. The factory specs call for 85 PSI or better for compression. But if your at 85, you are definately on the way out.

When you unflood your car, do you drive it a while to get it heated up? Changed your plugs lately?

Jarrett,

Change it plugs and wires yesterday. Maybe I'll try the ATF unflooding again see if this work..If not, I think I will sell this car

They can be frustrating at times, that I do understand. You know that flooding can be cured with the installation of a simple switch, dont you?

Thats the one..The fuel pump cutoff switch. Will keep an ailing rotary alive for a while at least.
