I don't see how the brake booster would cause that. The brake booster is GETTING vacuum from the back side of the throttle body, not the front. Maybe there's a misunderstanding here??? See the four nipples on the rear of the throttle body???? Only one is a vacuum nipple. That's the lowest one. The other three lead to the front of the throttle body to suck ambient air from the front of the throttle body. One is to the oil injectors and one to the fuel injectors bleed air. The third was capped on my 87, the uppermost.
Is it possible that you've got the bottom nipple going somewhere it should not be a going????? Maybe the oil injectors??? somehow? Or the front three mixed up and going to the wrong places???? I doubt the brake booster is doing that, unless you have a massive long term brake fluid leak in the brake master cylinder.
