Ok i was installing my headliner today and went to put the rear view mirror in and it wont stay, i pluged every thing in and i got to looking and it looks like the only thing holding it up was a little hook thing in the front(closest to the windshield) but ide hook it in but if you bearly touch it it falls and hangs by the electrical cords, what all holds the mirror in, i cant figure it out, and diagrams or pictures would help....

should be two fair sized bolts that hold it in... inside the dome light lense

i put those in but they dont hold the mirror its self, they only hold the plastic thing with the two lights and the sunroof switch in

those should hold the mirror also... give it a try

naw they screw directly into the roof and dont touch the mirror, i just got done looking at that, unless im missing a part for the mirror or something, anyone got pics

yeah those are in but the mirror comes out not the whole assembly im talking the mirror with the one switch in the middle keeps coming out, what holds the mirror in

ill use yours... the big circle is the thing thats falling out, and the hook is the other small circle, is there anything else holding the mirror in other than the hook

maybe its broken.. cuz i dont think its supposed to come off there... mine looks like one solid unit.. cept where there are two smaller bolts one has some wires for a ground. the other is just there... and its too cold to take it apart right now... lol
