I have headers and a presilencer to install on my S5 and the racing beat presilencer comes with a cap for the split air but thinking about plating off both acv and bac since no emissions. Are the 5th and 6th ports affected by the removal of the ACV? the original factory function for opening the ports via air pump and the air hoses going into the acv??

The S5 uses forced air from the airpump to actuate the 5/6th ports, so yeah, you ditch the airpump and ACV and that function disappears.
Also, the BAC is NOT strictly an emissions device, it's the way the ECU compensates for extra engine loads (AC, brake lights, etc.). Why get rid of that?
