What good Et, to 17'' size wheels for FC

Hi

I want put in front 225/45R17 and rears 245/40R17, I think wheels 17''x8'' in front and 17''x9 on rear is good? what you think?

What's the good ET for this? without damage tire on stock fenders and shocks?

Help please.

I have 16" wheels with those widths for my track tires, the rims are 7" and 8". I think with 8" and 9" wheels you might be stretching the tires out a bit more than you should. What tires are you planning to use? You can usually find the manufacturer's recommended wheel width online.
