At least he can get parts. A yard near me showed me 2 fcs out of 3 that they had and said that they would sell me parts or the whole cars. i went back about a mounth later and the guy started giving my **** about what i needed and i told him that i needed an engine or the whole car. he said did i need one to rebuild or one that was running. i know these ars hve been sitting for 3 years + and i said that an engine that had been sitting that long would probly not run and the guy got pissed off and told me to my face that he did not have any of the cars any more and when i told him that i had been here about a mounth ago and talked to him about it and that i had seen the cars he told me that i had been mistaken that they did not have those cars. i don't know of any other places where i live that has any fcs. for parts. infact i dont know of body around me that has one. so how do you think i feel?

Wow, how in the world did you manage to score an aerial photo of your local junkyard???
If for some random *** reason I needed one, I would have no clue where to even begin that hunt!!!
I guess I could charter a helicopter or something

Most ISPs give out a semi-permanent IP address to most high-speed customers. People like me
who are on a college campus usally get a new address if they are logged off for more than a few hours. Nevertheless, they can ALL be tracked VERY easily.

I am a LEO. Alot of the cars in u-pull it lots, come directly from our auctions. They come from seizures and such. They will not have a title, unless you do the proper work to get one. Most pull it yards don,t cuz its timely and costs a little money, and they dont care to have them cuz they are being used for salvage parts. The ones we sell that are intended to be driven, they will go threough there locall registration office and have them titled with our auction bill of sale. If this guy was a mechanic, and had a mechanics lean put on these vehicles, he would not have the titles, the bank would, and he would haver to pay the balance to get them. If a judge awarded him custody of them and a proper writ was exicuted in obtaining them, then he may not have the title, but he would have a copy of the writ. If he is a salesman, and sold them to the guy and he just defaulted on the loan, it would be the same process, but he would have the titles himself, because the lien holder keeps posession of the titles untill the debt is paid off.

In Texas I don't think the junk yards will take a car unless they have the title. Once they put the car into the yard for parts they send the title to the state saying that it's being parted out. Or if they are going to crush it and recycle it, then saying it's been destroyed.
When I bought my car out of the junkyard, they sent the paper work off to the state to get the title back. I'm pretty sure it will be listed as a salvage title, but it doesn't matter to me since it's a race only car.
Good luck
