A TII made in the second half of 1987. You will need a high impedance injector for that one.

87.5-88 have purple tops, 86-87 have tan tops, per the FAQs. FYI, the ones listed as 88 on the injectors list really mean 87.5-88. I know you can tell by the VINs as well, but I'm not sure what the specific numbers are.

If you have NA injectors in a TII, then it will be lean everywhere. I wouldn't drive it until you get the right injectors to be on the safe side.

ah, ok. Keep it out of boost then. It will be unaffected below 3800, because its running only off of the primaries.

but it is affected below 3800 more like 2500 and it runs good under 2k but under load after 2300 ish it wants to go way lean and cut out if more throttle is applied i can cruise down the interstate at 60-70 at very light throttle and watch the narrow band af guage and keep it rich or stoich but if i go uphill a little then it goes lean any suggestions?????????

im so freaking tired of this problem......
