What else can i remove?

I'm in the process of removing the 6 ports, acv, bac, egr, air pump, cats, sub-zero assist, a/c.....mmm...think that's it. What all goes along with these that will just be taking up space under my hood when these are gone? Surely I can remove some of those blasted solenoids or vaccum hoses or something!

My 87 TII tips the scales at 2620lbs with 1/4 tank of gas. No a/c, entire solenoid rack is gone (1 solenoid is still hooked up). Removed spare tire, jack, rear wiper, power antenna, washer tank (front and rear), no cruise, no charcoal canister, 17lb flywheel.

Still has a full interior, I want it to appear to be a street car while in reality it isn't.

Also has a 2.5" to 3" straight exhaust, 300ZX n/a wheels.

I'm keeping the PS because I auto-x it.

Use a 51R battery, weighs 10lbs less than stock.

My question wasn't really "what else can I remove for weight redux".. it was more of "What all is now USELESS because I removed the above stuff".. I want to get rid of those solenoids, But I want to make sure I don't remove anything I "need".. Which solenoids can I remove? Which do I need? Which do what?

And no p/s to begin with.

I Auto-x as well and took out my P/S. I was worried at first, after my first auto-x with it removed, I loved it.

How do you remove the a/c and how can you tell if your hood is aluminum without weighing it?

To remove your A/C you need to simply start pulling everything under the hood associated with it. Freon, what's that? I did it and no, I'm not a friend to the environment.

I'm assuming you got rid of the evaporator and condesor with the A/C too, not just the compressor.
You can get rid of the blue solonoid, and the white one, along (They are associated with the ACV, and 6ports) I THINK!!! I might be confusing the white with the grey... anyone know for sure?? -Just look in the manual iI guess. Just follow any hoses from them and get rid of them.
With all of the emmision crap, and 6p actuation removed, You don't need most of the hoses on the vaccum spider under the intake manifold. I would buy a bunch of vacuum hose, blueprint the spider, lose all the useless hoses, and replace the whole freaking headache with just a few new hoses! Simplicity kicks ***.
Do the Throttle Body mod (just search on here) and that will get rid of a coolant hose and the thermowax **** on the throttle body (and the seconday throttle plates, I hope you don't drive in the winter...If you do, -like normal people- get a remote start or it will drive like **** untill it warms up)

What's kindof fun is removing the rear glass hatch whever you go to race (on a track of course, um... ya). It looses probably 75lbs, and only takes a minute... looks sweet too!
