What else? Blinker fluid ran out?
So I replaced the CPU and wiper/hazard switch, and still when I put the hazard fuse they just flash like they're on.
When I push the hazard button they flash double speed, but never turn off.
I'm just trying to get my blinkers to work... Any ideas ?

I replaced everything from my turbo parts car everything worked fine. All bulbs are new as well
It most likely has a short
Not sure where to start tho.
It had a pos jumper cable touch the neg side. That's what's caused all this in the first place

Don't worry. They sell it here. Blinker Fluid - $18.95 : KaleCoAuto.com, Your home for the rare, unusual, and hard to find auto parts.
Some NA and Turbo wiring, pins, and plugs are different. I'm thinking you may have constant ign. on (+) due to this...not thinking a short as much of a possibility now.

When the Light Green wire (CPU) has a ground on it the flasher unit will activate. The hazard switch button is what causes the ground to occur on the Light Green wire. If the button was in the off position then the wire would not have a ground on it. And if the indicator lights in the gauge cluster were bad perhaps that could cause the overly quick flashing.
