J-Rat you are awsome, saved my a bunch of time. Thats the 3rd pin from the right on the top row correct? And what should I find there, I think Mike said it was around 2.25 volts? And does the car have to be plugged in for this test to work.

About four volts with the key to ON. Abouit 2.5 to 3.5 volts when at idle and the car is fully warmed up. Gotta have the plug connected up to the ECU and a battery in the car.
Get a piece of wire like a needle/safety pin etc and run shove it in the back of the wire at pin 2E, then put you meter on that piece of wire and the other lead to a good ground.

The 2.5 to 3.5 depends on the idle speed. If fully warmed up and idling at 750, then the above figures apply. If the idle is high, like 900 rpm, expect a lower figure than the above. When reving the car you'll see a low figure of about .48 at its lowest number. Its just a pot on the flapper door opening and closing.
