What DownPipe and High-Flow Cat?

So I'm doing a TII swap in a little over a week and I need to upgrade my exhaust. I want to run a 3" Downpipe to a 3" high-flow cat and then out to my Apexi N1 cat-back. The diameters on the N1 are roughly 2.75"-3"-3.25" (piece that connects to the cat-resonator-muffler). I know performance won't be affected to bad even though part of it is small. So what I'm asking is, what down pipe and high flow cat will bolt up to my N1, or should I get a different cat-back?

I did a Tii swap into a vert (all S5) with a RX7.com downpipe, Bonez cat and a Corksport catback. I think the N1 and Corksport are very similar. It turned out I also needed a Bönez T2 2.5" Connecting Pipe.

The RX7.com downpipe, Bonez cat and the connecting pipe are all 2.5". Then the Corksport starts at 2.5 and immediately flares to 3".

All of the parts are very nice except that I dont think the Bönez T2 2.5" Connecting Pipe was mandrel bent as it collapses some at the bend. You can see it on their website about halfway down.

btw, the people at RX7.com have been beyond wonderful. I'm continually impressed everytime I call and talk to them.

I dont know if the 2.5" vs 3" from the turbo on back thru the cat would make a difference. That wasn't a priority for me. The Corksport is a very pretty piece but that f'er is LOUD! So even though I bought it because I was cheap ($350 as opposed to the $625 for the Racing Beat) I now know I'll need to spend another $100 for a Vibrant resonator plus installation.

Hope that's useful.

Everyone is suggesting 2.5" does it really make a difference compared to a 3"? I was looking at the HKS downpipe, but it said something about needing a different cat or something... Anybody have the HKS Down pipe? What's the rest of your setup.
