What do you have for your Suspension?

I been thinking about getting the Buddy Club Racing Spec Damper, is it good? What do you all run? What do you recommend?

My suspension.

Ground Control Coilovers with Eibach Race Springs (6" 350 front, 8" 275 rear)
Tokico Illumina 5-way Adjustable Fronts
Tokico Illumina 5-way Adjustable Rears
Racing Beat 3/4" Lowering Strut Mounts
Mazdatrix Independent Rear Camber Adjusters
Racing Beat DTSS Eliminator Bushings
Full Polyurethane Bushings Replacement
Front and Rear Corksport Strut Tower Bars
Mazdaspeed Lower Arm Stiffener Bar
Front and Rear Suspension Techniques Sway Bars

It's alright. I want to get camber plates eventually, though, and ditch the 3/4" lowering RB strut mounts and then get a full alignment/corner balance/camber adjustment by a shop near me to the specs I provide.

Ddub, how do you like those spring rates? what kinds of driving do you do? how is the general attitude of the car? Eventually i am wanting to go the koni/gc route.. it seems to me the best suspension set up for pretty much any car.. i dunno about you guys, but i am kind of turned off to the whole JDM one billion way adjustable coilovers... they seem like a lot of clicks for a very narrow range of adjustment. anyone have any thoughts on this? any shock dynos that are rx7 specific? i have seen some on the honda-tech that were pretty enlightening.

i would think koni yellows and ground controls would be the best combo for someone who doesnt need 30+ way adjustable suspension. bould you could get a full coilover setup for almost the same price.... so i guess its all in preference.

what really matters is what you are using the car for. if its just daily driving, i wouldnt go any further then tokico's with some springs.

if its daily driving and occasional autox/track events, id go with kyb agx's or koni yellows with some ground controls.

I've driven his car and ridden in it with him(madman) the setup rocks. If I had the green for Koni's i'd probably do it too but saddly I have supercharger stuff to spend my cash on

I personally just have Tockico Blues and Tockico 5052R springs All else is stock.

It rides much stiffer than stock and handles well.

This is a stupid question, but could I use the Ebay strut towers sold on my S5 GXL? It still has the AAS in it. I wasn't sure if the bars would fit.

Tein coilovers all around, 16 way adjustable 500/400 rates
Jic camber plates
Front and rear rb sway bars
front and rear rb adjustable endlinks
Cusco lower tie bar
Front and rear strut tower bars
Rb torque brace
Probably forgetting something or another

I'll probably get a rear camber adjuster and bushings and that should be everything!
