Want to go all out? Replace the rubber fuel line segments on top of the block, replace the injector grommets & o-rings (send out the injectors for cleaning if due), clean up the ground(s), replace the PD, replace all vac hoses, inspect and rewrap the harnesses if needed, install new gaskets upon reinstallation of intake parts...

TB mod, get rid of the PD, ACV, and split air removal, get rid of the OMP if you wish to, buy new gaskets like previously stated, get rid of the rats nest, etc..

Change your s5 lights back to normal first.
Then TB mod, ported TB, ported intake manifolds, replace fuel lines, emission removal, vac rack removal, replace PD, replace coolant hose on top of block (mine popped ), uh guess that's it.

??? How can you cap it off? You still need the coolant flow to go from the block and return it to the water pump, wont capping it off cause problems? I'm not talking about the original line with the TB mod. Originally it goes from block to TB to water pump housing, now it goes block to water pump housing.
I'd really think you need it still for proper flow/return.

Oh yah and my BAC is gone too, no idle problems, idle drop, cold start issues, etc. Everything is a.o.k.

Meh, I removed them and the dashpot, basically everything on it cept what opened the primary plates, driveability is fine (for me) but then again most consider my car unstreetable as a daily driver with some of the things I've done and am in the process of doing. Hence my custom title

I dunno, i removed all of that junk, and i'm not having any problems.. I do need to re-adjust my timing now, as I can FINALLY get my idle to 750, instead of the 1100 it was at before
