Yeah, I got a set of the mirrors laying around too... but you know its ripping out the power windows, and door lock.

I tell myself... well how much more weight can that add... then how much more wieght can the rear cover add etc... it becomes a weight gain cycle.
haha, pretty soon you've got the 3 rotor in there, and theres money missing off the dresser, i've seen it a hundred times....

i kept the power windows and stuff, i cant really see buying manual regulators to replace working power ones....

Icemark, i'm starting to believe youre a Bot. i think Mazda programmed you to enlighten us idiots. if you reply, please refrain from using binary. i am not a Bot.
its not the stickers i meant as rare, its the colour. 5N or brave blue is the second rarest colour for the S5, behind the Winning Silver. Your's is even rarer since from what I know, most came in auto.

strange, i know of a guy in the metroplex with a 5N (that will be the slang from now on; plus it'll help me memorize the color code). i don't really care, i want it painted. if i went with a similar color, it would be just that, similar; not exact and not factory. otherwise i would go with the FDs white, Honda's Champion white, or maybe forest gren or something (hey, its rare to see green cars.. outside old english racecars. it was once thought that the color was bad luck and they stopped using it ]iirc]).

i looked again, did more research on Mazdatrix and my "GXL's" r not factory. in the Mazdatrix site, the GXL decals r little stripes forming the letters GXL. mine r solid silver strips. so, im prolly got a late model year car and the previous dude added them later.

But Kenichi Yamamoto says it's "rotary export". Which, unlike "rotary experiment", makes complete sense: All of the rotary-powered cars in the home market had names: Luce, Cosmo, Savannah... All of the cars that were exported to other markets were given R- or RX- names in those export markets. (R-100, REPU, RX-2/3/4/5) There are TWO and ONLY TWO exceptions to this: the RX-5 and the RX-7. In the US, the RX-5 was known as the Cosmo. And the RX-7 was known as the RX-7 in the home market as well as in the export markets. But Mazda wouldn't be Mazda if they actually *stuck* to a naming convention...

Mazda made almost a million rotary powered cars before the first RX-7 rolled off the line. It is far from "experimental". Besides, experiments never actually leave corporate R&D, if it's for sale it's no longer experimental is it?

edit: I forgot the RX-8, but it sucks so it doesn't count. Bring back the RX-3!!
