What do these go to?

I got my harness loose today. Come across some wiring that I'm not sure what it goes too.

Not sure about these first of all. They sitting near the oil filter but weren't hooked to anything.

These were hanging near where the air bypass would have been if I had one. Not connected to anything either.

This one was also hanging down near the air bypass valve. Not connected. And there is a wire there that is cut. Not sure where it should go but the O2 sensor had been cut. I was thinking maybe it was supposed to go to it?

First one goes to the "rats nest" Should have four clips in a row on the drivers side.

I think the second one goes to the back side of the water pump.

The last picture I think the plug goes to the BAC (bypass air control, next to the upper intake mani), and the loose wire goes to the oxygen sensor. Getting bad driveability? There's your answer.

I don't believe I have the rats nest. The air pump has been removed and I think the rest has too. Also where is the BAC? I figured that was to the oxygen sensor. They are both cut like that.

First picture: Blue to the relief solenoid, yellow to the EGR solenod, orange to the FPR solenoid, lighter green one is for the TPS check connector, darker green to the turbo twin scroll solenoid.. Should have been one more colored gray for the switching solenoid.

Second jpg has already been mentioned. But the single wire black connector is for the aux fan water temp switch on the water thermostat housing.

The White plug could be several things. There should have been a white and a black connector in that area for the ACV's two solenoids.

I believe the BAC has been removed. There are some block off plates on the right side of the intake manifold and on of them is fairly large. As far as the white and black connector supposed to be in the same area. I didn't see them but I am going back to check today and will look. Where would the plug to the water temp switch be and if I can't find it what would be the issue if I run it this way? Also would the o2 sensor connector from an s5 n/a splice in to connect to the o2 sensor for this car? And how can I be sure I have the rats nest or not? I know the air pump is gone but thats about it.

Rat's nest is a Big Mess of Steeltubes and **** that go under the upper manifold.it Feeds the Fuel to the Primary injectors.some of the Tubes act as Hoses to the Solenoids that you no longer have on there.
try this:If you Look above the CAS(distributor looking thing on drivers side Front of engine) and Do NOT see Four Solenoids of Different Colors,Then the Rat's Nest has been Removed. They hold on to that Associated piping,Better known as the Rats nest.
