What do these

I have removed my rats nest and have a quick question concerning the solenoids on the driver side that were on the nest. I have not found any kind of diagram or write up concerning these in particular. I did find something saying to just tie their connectors to the side, but is it ok to just take these off? Ive looked through the FSM and know what they are, but im not quit sure exactly what they do.

Purge Control Valve- regulates evaporative fumes from gas tank and canister to intake manifold.

Twin Scroll turbo Solenoid Valve- Controls exhaust gas flow area

Switching Solenoid Valve- Controls switching valve of the ACV (I took my ACV off so I shouldn't need this one right?)

Pressure Regulator Solenoid Valve- Shuts vacuum passage between dynamic chamber and pressure regulator when hot.

Relief Solenoid Valve- Controls relief valve

EGR Solenoid Valve- Supplies intake manifold vacuum to EGR valve. (I'm sure I don't need this one as my EGR valve is removed.)

They open under different conditions and RPM's to allow vacuum and air flow to different components when it is needed...

I have read many threads but to simplify them... if you do not need emmissions equipment can you remove what is in the picture completely and have no driving effects?

Yes you can remove them from your wiring harness if you want to. It is easier to just tie them up underneath the tb.
