13bt has a turbo and the 13b is the na version

Different compression, port design, exhaust sleeve design. THeres probably tons more.

Everything is different except the rotor seals, eccentric shaft and housing o-rings. At least, as far as major differences go. There are common parts between the two engines, but "where it counts" each engine is completely different.
