13bt has a turbo and the 13b is the na version

 

13B is the NA version and 13B is the TII version

 

Different compression, port design, exhaust sleeve design. THeres probably tons more.

every single part both inside and outside the engine excecpt for the e-shaft in the middle......

just out of curiousity[since i think you would know ones turbo and the other isnt]....why do you ask??

 

Everything is different except the rotor seals, eccentric shaft and housing o-rings. At least, as far as major differences go. There are common parts between the two engines, but "where it counts" each engine is completely different.
