what color rims should i get?

i just bought a red GTU and i need some new wheels. the wheels on my old SE are 17'' ADR's but they wont fit since my GTU is a 5 lug. i'm going to try and get some 17'' motegi RT5 rims, but i dont know if i should get white or black rims to go with the red car. any ideas on what i should pick?

i think both white or black is nice...

i mean, i fell in love with black rims....

at first i thought black rims looks like spare tires from a far..... but well... they give a different look to the car now that i think about it.....

white rims are MUCH more noticeable....
but black rims are more special i guess

my sister (yes, a girl who drives stick) comments that black rims looks cool, but it looks older (really it does)
and like me, having a black car.... it doesn't go too well with it....

but for a red GTU.......

i think i would pick the white one, since the it is a 5 spoke design... simple and clean design

if u plan on getting more complex designs like the ENKEI RFS1 then i would go for black.....

but listen to rx_se7en_turbo_II ^_^ my friend's miata has Rays (forgot which ones) they are gold... they look tight....

but yeah, white is my vote

I would go gunmetal if possible and with a polished lip.

If you don't really mind what they "look" like, and how heavy they are, I recommend finding some steelies that fit your car. They look decent, you can bend the **** out of them (almost) without fear of cracking, and they most definately will not be stolen.

White looks really nice, but are a pain to keep clean. Black would also look great, but much easier to clean (won't show as much dirt/brake dust/etc)

Black or white look good on red cars IMO.
