What color is it now and what color is the interior?

 

those three colors wouldnt be my first choice. personally the two colors for me would be the midnight blue that mercedes has and the pearl white that toyotas have.

 

It 100% depends on the interior color.

If you have a black interior - then midnight blue, dark dark red, or medium to deep yellow.

Otherwise - you'll want to match your interior or go with a complimentary color to your interior.

gunmetal

 

If I were painting mine it would be either black or gunmetal, definitely not silver.

 

interior is maroon, car is now maroon, its gonna get painted with my street ported 89-91 engine install, last Black RX i had had a maroon interior, it looked good to me, and this maroon interior is really clean so i think black would compliment it very nicely

 

Black with Maroon interior was very common, but not my favorite. Reminds me too much of a jewelry box. With maroon, I'd go with a light color exterior.

My vote would also be the Pearl White mentioned earlier. In fact, thats MY plan for my '85 SE I'm restoring that also has Maroon interior.

 

i also have an 85 GSL-SE with maroon interior, interior is mint, perfect condition, my buddy is buyin the car from me for 500$ this weekend, he is dropping an 89-91 T2 engine into it. expect to be seenig him on the forum soon
