Hi.
My rear breaks were stuck and on one side the hand brake bolt was so caked, that opening it killed the "stopper bolt" that limits the amount the handbrake cable can be retracted.
Now I need a replacement part, but I have no idea what it is called.
Can someone help me based on this rather vague description and the added picture?
That looks like a splined hammer drive rivet. The splined shaft is usually pounded into a blind hole. A cam or some other part most likely swivels on its shaft just below the head. Where it came from, I have no clue. I looks like it took some significant impact to bend it like that.
It got bend because loosening the bolt for 26-800 took an impact wrench.
26-731 is inside the brake assembly. I'm searching for something outside.
I don't think this thing is on the diagramm that has been posted. At least I don't know which part it could be.
Its the "stopper" for 26-800, where the leftmost arm would limit the handbrake movement

Yeah, as you mentioned it's most likely the stopper for the e-brake arm.
Yeah, and thats were the trouble starts: Stopper for ebrake does produce some very different results than this part. It is propably a generic part, just 11mm diameter with the lines that it slots in.
Could propably order 100 off ebay for 10 bucks, if i'd know what they are called.
So we're back to: How is that type of "bolt" called?
