Item in box is Air bypass valve...possible part number -- JF01-20-250B depending on year.

Sorry but cannot recall where line hooks into.

that line goes to the upper intake manifold. there's a little nipple just below the BAC valve if I remember correctly.

Absolutely, depending on if you like to replace turbochargers along with your oil every 3000 miles.

That vents the boost out of the intake between shifts. If it isn't released then the air will spike backwards and try to reverse the direction of the turbocharger. This is very bad and you don't want that to happen.

Plus, with it unhooked, you now have a vacuum and a boost leak.
