Progressive Controller

Since I don't do drag racing, I don't want the all-or-nothing performance of most nitrous kits. I have heard that there is something called a progressive controller that will feed in a small amount of nitrous and smoothly increase it as engine rpms go up.

Anyone have experience with one and/or know of a good one?

My brother was using a 65hp Pill shot Nos dry, and right off the bat he fucked up and blew his intake tube apart!!! I guess he had the bottle on and a faulty micro switch. At least he didn't blow the welds on the intake though.

Yep. I have used the NOS brand version... fairly user-programmable. Its as good as any other NOS product... Well tested and well built.

I am about to give the FJO solenoid controller a shot... Fully programmable via a laptop/PDA and will incorporate feedback from my FJO wideband.

I don't know if they still do but Venom had a kit that you could program like that and other ways with a Palm pilot.
