Well ****

Ok well here's what's going on my car has been worked on all day dyno tuning it said he tried every a/f ratio from 11:1, 12:1, 13:1. Just kept toying with it and it still sputters. Seems like the second you try to get on it , it just sputters and spits. I can't figure out what to do.

well it was 255rwhp at 6k rpms running really lean then i put the fuel pump and the 4 720's and not it sputters i assumed it was just running really rich but after him trying different a/f ratio's and nothing really working im just confused. Im sure it's go to be somewhat better than it was. It just depends i can drop down a gear on the highway under 4k and it will sputter. Doesn't seem to do as bad though at like 70 or 80 + that's why i thought i was running rich.

it should be around 11.7:1

if he did a 13:1 run at full throttle you are very lucky it didn't blow

well i doubt anyone cares but im pretty sure i just need a fuel pressure regulator.

you cant' even get full throttle on it like it sputters so bad you just let off cause it sounds terrible.

If you changed the injectors and now it sputters, I'd think they were suspect. Sounds like one of them is sticking/not firing.

If the sputter is only above 4000 RPM and never below 4000 RPM, then it's one of the secondar injectors.

I think I had a dream about this. It was scary, I didn't know what to do either.

no they sputter the whole time they are brand new injectors. How could they need a cleaning already. You guys don't think it's the fuel pressure regulator?? I'm just trying to get the car running right im selling it so i need to either fix whatever is wrong with it or sell it really cheap.

If it sputters from idle up, then it could be a bad primary injector... I know you said they are new, but that doesn't mean they are good.

I doubt you need a FPR. That's just going to make the car richer. You said on the dyno you ran at 11, 12, and 13 A/F's, so is sounds like you have plenty of fuel. Adding a FPR is just going to add another piece to the puzzle. IE: Won't help.

Are you still running the stock AFM?
Have you done the Fuel Pump rewire?
How does the car idle? Smooth?
