...well, dang...
It seems that, once again, there is a minor coolant leak from the back of my pump housing...
It's not so much a leak as it is just a tiny bit that seeps out and then basically stops, but WTF!!! The Right Stuff is supposed to never leak!
I guess this will teach me to use a proper gasket... except I might need new OMP washers again.

Today I learned that it takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to take off and put back on a water pump housing... (minus the A/C and P/S belts that I haven't put back on yet).
An e-fan would have taken a good amount of time off that...
Now, to crank it up and make sure it isn't still leaking. If it is, I'm going to be...pissed, to say the least.

Yes, it is imperative that you have the two small spacers/washers. You're right, it's very improtant too that you use the proper gasket. I tried to seal my waterpump housing to the front cover with just RTV and it was a no go. I ordered the gaskets and haven't had a problem with sealing since.
Btw, I had my waterpump housing off and on 3 seperate times. The last time I removed it and put it back on, it took me approximately 30 minutes.
