One more again??help

...Well earlier i tried to turn the se on and it did... but died. I got a jump and it turned on... I put my mx6s battery on it, and it was runnin fine. Later in the day my engine fuse blew, and i couldnt get the car started again... i replaced the fuse then the car was fine... then i jumped in the se again, i cranked it... and it turned on... then it died.... i cranked it a couple times afterwards and then it seemed like the battery didnt have enough power again... i checked the fuse and it was fine... What the heck is going on? My car wont start again, i think if i get a jump itll turn on because it seems like the battery cant turn it on again. If i keep the key turned *cranked* all the way its like the battery runs out after a couple secs of holdiing it. Oh yeah, plus it was makin a lot of small beeping noises, if i try n turn it on now the beeps are gone but the car wont start. Is it possible that im doing something wrong thats draining the battery? Im new to the 7, and new to manual trans as well. I love this car but man! oh man...

My guess would be a bad alternator. Does all the warning lights come on when the car is running before it dies?

It could also be a bad battery.

You could start by having the battery tested to see if it is creating the problem or not, then have the alternator tested. See if one of them are the problem.

Check to see if the 2 wire connector is plugged into the back of the alternator. Has any other work been done on the car recently? Find a charger and get the battery fully charged. Check the alternator belt for proper tension.
