Weird problem.

I converted to weber on the 2nd gen. The car starts, but idle is 2k rpm, i checked for vac leaks, nothing.
If i give it a lilte bit of trottle it rocket rpm to 3 or 4 k rpms and stays there for 5 sec.
Im having a hard time understanding how it holds high rpm with buterflys closed.
Im still using efi pump inline with holley pr and efi pr.
There is something about afm has to be jumped in order to fix the timing but i couldnt find information, i searched.
Any help is aprociated.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but don't you have to go with a blow through set-up and lose the AFM if you go carbeurated?
