Has anyone ever seen the irons crack like this ? Leaking coolant 13B NA

 

Are you certain it's not dripping down from the throttle body?

 

You can see the crack starting on the left side of the housing right above where it says 13

 

I think I see what you are talking about, but you really need to take a pressure washer to the engine bay first and then take pictures from other angles because from that picture it just looks like grime in casting flash

+1 on the cleaning, if the dowel pin O ring leaks it will puddle there too.
