weird hose

I got a question there is a hose thats right under the fuel delivery line (pressure line) I noticed it just sitting there not pluged in anywhere, its little oily ( I dont know if it has anytyhin to do with oil or if its just like that)
can anyone confirm with me where it goes

there is the fuel pressure line, under it thats the one ( its not the one that goes to the charcoal canister, or the return fuel line I know all those) but this is a strange one

thanks for your help

Goes to a nipple on the vac rack. Your gonna have to look at the vac line diagram on this one.
