weird check engine light problem, i searched and searched

weird check engine light problem, i searched and searched

ok my check engine light only comes on at idle. once the throttle is more than 1/8 down, the light turns off, but if im not on the throttle (still moving, just not juicing it at all) it comes on. any ideas?

oh i know how to do that code 12... TPS
tried setting it, i adjusted the narrow band to 1.2ohms (took a turn or 2) then cleared codes... checked again, code 12.

Define "flat" spots and where should I be checking for them. I have a few on my head, but I don't think that affects my car.

Check the entire range of the TPS to check for flat/dead spots and/or spikes.
