Take a hole saw and cut holes in the rear 1/4 panels so it looks like swiss cheese, ,that'll scrap another 5 pounds off at least... (thats what we used to do to RC drag cars!!)

You don't need that hefty gas tank!
You don't need anything after the rear wheels so chop it off!
And definitely Chop top.
Then cut circular holes in all the supports to shave extra weight off.
You don't need fenders or a front end anyways!
Just stradle the frame rails. LOL
