Question Weekend project....need some "how to" help....

Well, I have nothing to do this weekend and I was looking to rip some useless crap out of the engine bay. How do I go about removing the cruise control acuator and the AC? It needs to be charged anyway, but I'm always looking for a way to save weight and that's the main reason I want to do it myself. Not like it needs to be drained or anything.....Thanks people.

For the a/c... It MAY still have refrigerant in it, even tho it doesn't work. Be very careful if you disconnect the line, as it's under very high pressure. I've heard about people getting frostbite from expunging it carelessly.

For the a/c, you can get a lot of it out fairly easily. The pump unbolts, and most of the lines do too. You of course have to take the dash apart to get to the part that's under there. You also have to take the radiator off to remove the a/c cooler. Everything else can be removed easily, tho.

Cruise actuator is a piece of cake. Remove the 3 bolts, unclip the cable from the throttle lever, and remove. Also be sure to disconnect the wiring harness (can be a little of a hassle...use pliers).

Throttle lever? Which one is that? How long would it take to remove the AC by myself? WITHOUT taking out the radiator? Probably going to rip out the PS while I'm at it....

Where is the CC actuator? How would I go about removing the PS? I don't know much mechanical stuff here. Looks to me like the AC is underneath? or behind the AC? IDK....I want to at least get rid of the PS today.....
