Whats up... i have a 88SE with a large street port, Racing beat headers, presilencer, and soon to have a custom 2.5" Y pipe with two apexi mufflers.. Im kind of worried that it will be way too loud, i am going to be driving it 1200 miles next week! So my question to you is what can i do to make it quieter with keeping the two mufflers? I was thinking of installing a resonator or something..

Any ideas?

Well if at all possible try to get the silencers for the apexI mufflers.

 

dude.... I have basicly the same setup... minus the header...... I wear ear plugs on road trips.... but even than, it makes you sick to your stomach.. being in the drone zone... all the time haha

 

I second that... anything over about 2 hours makes u feel all jittery and stuff. It will take u a couple of hours just to get over the feeling.

 

oooh, thatd suck, I have a RB road race header in my garage, and I'm worried it'll be WAY to loud
