which way does the actuator go??

i pulled the actuator off a while ago and my damn exhaust leak melted off the right zip tie from the actuator and now i cant remember which way it goes...
is it start down or to the right???
its the right actuator...

If you want to tie them allways open i believe you zip tie them in the down position.
