If your not going to do a lot of modding you dont really need header.
For a lightly modified N/A just get

Bonez super-flo presilencer and high flow catalytic converter from www.rx7.com
Then slap your catback Racing beat Y pipe and mufflers on their and viola.

This is what i run on my '88 GXL sounds amazing... basically i drive by, and girls panties get wet.

If you plan on modding like really spending money on the car for a little more performance than you can consider header and true dual RB. If your just trying to get more power for you street ride go with my set up, not too loud but deep so you hear it good.

Heres a little clip of mine Rx7 Exhaust

totally.. yes
The clip has some 6k+ action at the end. As for idle it is deep and smooth, sounds like someone with a soar throat humming real low. When you punch it from a start it sounds like a big turbine spinning up. The tone changes nicely to a high pitch at 3800 when your 5&6 ports open up and secondary injectors kicks in.

A cat-back exh will not include a header or catylitic converter...

And that exh sounds pretty darn good...
I myself went with a custom single exh.. TOo loud though, im redoing it.
