Wastegate question

on the WG i have it has two places for vacuum.
my question is, do both need to be used?
if not which one do i cap, if it even needs to be capped?
if i run both what do they go to

its a ebay wastegate; emusa, but ive looked at reviews, and it seems to be good.
and for nay-sayers, or anyone looking to just post bs, read signature.

thank you

EDIT: my pic didnt work so i googled

EDIT: one vac port is on the top, the other is on the side

EBC or just hooking it up to 2 full vacuum lines?

arghx posted his setup in his build thread, you might want to take a look at that. Quite brilliant actually.

Read the AVCR instructions. It's in there. NC port of solenoid goes to a pressure source, COM port goes to top port of wastegate. NO port on solenoid is vented to atmosphere. Side port of wastegate to pressure source.

ok, its been a while. somethings wrong..

had the 15lbs spring in there, and would get to it quick.
i swapped it out for a 5lbs so i could control 5psi up, buuut
i have my apexi avcr turned almost all the way up (2.0bar/ 80% duty) and its hardly making over 10psi......

i looked at the lines again,
COM is on the top of the WG
NC is split between side of WG and a nipple i put on the inercooler pipe.

ive looked at the apexi avcr external wastegate diagram over and over and compared it to what i have set up, and im lost.

any help would be great THANKS

bump

still need help

the apexi avcr solinoid sometimes pulses..

i disconnect my screen and take it inside, because its been stollen 3 times already.
when i connect the screen/controller the solenoid pulses on and off (like a starter with a deadish battery)

buuut it only sometimes does this.. other times it connects with no problem

everything on the screen is reading the values correctly, but just cant make more the 11psi of boost, even with the controller set to 2.0BAR

any help would be great

Thanks
