Question Wastegate question?

I saw that SRMotorsports sells tial wastegates and was wondering what size should i get to run well with the racing beat turbo back exhaust. Will the 35mm wastegate be big enough?

Helps if you tell us what kind of turbo you have... You know you can't use an external wastegate on a stock turbo unit, right? The stock turbo's run internal wastegates, and the S5 turbo wastegates are good enough to control about as much boost as you would want to safely run on the stock unit: around 12 pounds.

Thanks scathcart. I have a series 5 with stock turbo, so i guess i don't need it. Should i be worried about fuel delivery with that turbo back system or should my stock fuel system be sufficient?

How much boost are you planning to run? Any other mods other than the catback? A fuel pump rewire is deifintely a should-do, and a walboro pump is something I would definitely chuck in there. An FCD would be a DEFINITE on my list.
Above 10 psi, look to begin full fuel management, either via RRFPR, SAFC, or EMS.

I have the racingbeat turbo back and can tell you that a walbro is not enough it leans out pretty bad at 12psi I have since installed my S-AFC and soon will throw in 720cc secondaries then it should be safe.

Now for rewiring the fuel pump please tell me how to do this scathcart (please no do a search answer)

What pump do you have? What other mods have you done? If it's the same Walbro most people here have gone for, I'd be surprised if the pump is the cause of the problem.
